Rebuild your foundation, improve your posture, and regain core strength with this transformative 8-week Pilates program. Designed for all fitness levels, Restore Your Core focuses on reconnecting with your core muscles, enhancing stability, and supporting a strong, functional body. Through targeted exercises, you’ll learn how to: Activate deep core muscles for improved strength and balance. Alleviate tension in the lower back, hips, and shoulders. Enhance flexibility and mobility for everyday movement. Build endurance and confidence in a supportive, low-impact environment. Each week builds progressively, with guided sessions that integrate breathwork, mindful movement, and core-focused techniques. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to fitness, or simply seeking a stronger, healthier core, this program is the perfect place to start. What to Expect: Two 60-minute classes per week (in-person). A customized approach for all levels, including modifications and progressions.
